404 error: Microsoft Word

Hi, when trying to open a Word document on the Icedrive android app on my phone I get an ‘unable to download file 404’ error. Any ideas?

Does it work from the webapp? (eg: go to Login - Icedrive in a web browser and try to download it from there)

No. It just hangs. Egg timer scenario but never actually opens the document.

It’s all gone a bit quiet guys. Have you found a solution to this problem please?

I would probably submit a support ticket to the team since they haven’t responded here yet.
