In android app, I wanted to change my phone nr for 2fa by sms. So first I disabled, then entered new phone nr. But the verification sms never arrives. I tried a few times today: no sms. So I just cannot install 2fa/sms.
I also wonder: if you arrange 2fa via app, does the setting also change then for weblogin? And vice versa?

We use a third party service to send the SMS so it could take a little while to come through on occasion. However if it is not arriving and you’re not able to access your account please email support@icedrive.net requesting a 2FA reset and we can reset for you from our end so you can then access your account and re-establish 2FA if you choose.
